Watertown's New Rescue
Hot off the presses, this is Watertown Fire's newest addition, delivered Oct 2000. Shown below, are a number of photos highlighting the effective use of compartment space. The end result is such that Gowans-Knight has produced a compact, yet highly efficent, rescue vehicle.

1. 15-foot non-walk-in stainless steel rescue body with painted Robinson roll-up compartment doors, mounted on a Spartan Metro-Star four (4) door custom chassis. Spartan Metro Star chassis features a six (6)-man cab, with A/C, a Cummins 350 HP engine, and an Allison World transmission.
2. Rescue includes a 25kW P.T.O. generator.
3. Body includes numerous Hannay electric and utility air reels.
4. Top view of the Wil-Burt 4,000 watt light-tower.

6. Right side view of the heavy-duty slide-out tool board, accessible from both sides of the body.
